Usually the guys in the photoshop sub forum are good at this. Maybe try reposting there.

Barring that, you could try to isolate the fonts a little more in PS and try http://www.myfonts.com/WhatTheFont/ BUT it looks custom. Again, maybe ask a Mod to move this post to the Photoshop area. imo
