Anyone know where i can find...

First of all, patience. Not all of us can live here and check in and reply every 10 minutes.

Second, this is actually a question you could have answered on your own. There is a nifty feature at the top of every page called search. We've discussed this many many times.

That said, I'll throw you a bone. I use shockwave-sound.com.

You need to check their license agreements relative to distribution, but they do not license on a per project basis.

Their limitations include a 100 year limit on the term of the license, and you cannot make more than 5,000 copies for distribution (you have to go to a mass-production license for more than 5,000. Theatrical release is not included, but broadcast is.

I recommend you just read through their license page - it's actually written in plain English rather than legalese.

yeah - they've got a good section on cue sheets on there too if you arent familiar with them and will doing broadcast work.

thats really not necessary - you asked a question thats been asked many times over and get a pretty gentle reminder to use the search. not a good way to make friends around here...
