No particular bit of music I recognize, someone just overdid it with the Chorus plugin in whatever composition program was used.

The reason it might sound so familiar is because the chords the chorus used follow the same standard "impressive/majestic" chord pattern used by everyone from Beethoven to Danny Elfman. If it's from a movie, though, the industrial-sounding drums make it probably 1999 or later, and probably some sort of sci-fi war movie. Start looking! A better place to ask this would be the imdb "I need to know" forum; they've always been invaluable whenever I've had a question like this.
