Anyone know of a good web site designer/company?

Hi Matt,

I recommend you check out some sites in your genre/market segment before doing too much fishing. Depending on one's perspective, there's a ton of variances on a "good web site designer/company". Also, I suggest you take a look at some websites that *consult* webmasters themselves. For instance, BoagWorld is one of many that have regular columns and audiocasts/podcasts on web development: http://www.boagworld.com/archives.html

For instance, for the audience I'm targeting, my website is less form and more "industrial" substance: http://www.bridgehands.com/ I've designed the site to be backward complaint with legacy browsers so the navigation menu is no-frills yet the pages are consistent and easy to find (much is formatted similar to the "Dummy" books). The site has thousands of pages, probably one-hundred thousand internal links, EMAIL newletters, audiocasts, podcasts, Google search, Podzinger (audio search), blog, etc.

When you're truly ready, I recommend you submit your proposal to a site like elance.com to enhance your chance to find a strong designer/developer for your hard-earned money. If you need help establishing a proposal, please PM me.

Good luck, Michael
