Anyone know of a fix for this problem? "obscure or cover part of a shot"

Hey, I've been editing this piece together and I'm happy with everything but the 2nd to last shot. My "monster's" nose is visible and totally looks hokey. Does anyone know of a way to limit the visibility or obscure the nose without compromising the rest of the shot? I'll attach a few pictures for reference. I'd rather keep the files in premiere if that's an option.

You could apply a moving track matte and key it out.
