Anyone know how to display clip info on source footage?

Busy with a 'found footage' movie and I would like to experiment with some on screen info like date, time code, title safe boarders etc.

Movie was shot on an Af100 so I know the original info should be embedded somewhere but it won't be a train smash to simply re-create it.

Working in Premiere CS5.

Any templates, thoughts, suggestions, leads would be appreciated.
