Marshall MXL line of low cost mics apparently has a low cost lav: http://www.mxlmics.com/products/field_rec/FR-355/FR-355.html. They are two somewhat bulky lavs, one cardioid, one omni, with XLR connectors. Cost is $100 the pair.
Various other MXLs are popular for home recording, the desirability varying mic to mic. Many are home modified with electronics upgrades. Typically, reports are they modify good designs for low cost, compromising the audio result (PM me for the reference if you need it).
