Anyone know about a cheap place for a NTSC to PAL digibeta transfer?

Well, seen as this post is such a vastly different question to your last post, try plaster city digital post in LA or the DR. group or check the creative handbook and start calling.

1.) I'm reposting so I get a response and the thread isn't burried.
2.) The people are nice there, but...
a.) They don't do PAL transfers.
b.) Everyone only refers me to Lightning dubs which is a total cost (out the door) of $2000. I find it difficult to believe they and ADS are the only ones in the entire city who do PAL transfers. After all, this IS the entertainment capitol of the world. There has got to be someone else who is financially indie friendly and does a good job.
