I'm interested in starting a non-profit organization (501c3) and it suggests seeking legal advice. Well, we all know DVXuser advice is the best, so I turn to you, my brothers and sisters. :thumbsup:
Does anyone have experience in this? Does anyone know a lawyer who could help or answer some questions? From what I know filing to be a non-profit is almost the same as filing letters of incorporation for a business. The only difference is you qualify for tax exempt status.
Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated.
