Anyone here use the StrongArm 6 with a SmallHD DP6?

I'm getting a SmallHD DP6 and considering getting the StrongArm 6 they offer. That said, there are similar products offered by other companies and im wondering if anyone has an opinion on this. Get the StrongArm 6 or get another option by a different company?
 
Nice product for the price! Though the studs that screw into the cam and monitor would work better if they had lock nuts. The arm itself is very nice.

The arm is pretty short, perfect if u are using the hotshoe on a dslr, but I work with lots of cams and just bought a longer arm, I'd get the small hd version though and get a longer one if you need it, good to have both I think.
 
the arm is much shorter than it looked in the picture and i was a bit surprised when getting it. still not bad in anyway just different than i thought it would be. its very sturdy and reliable IMO. no regrets buying it.

I have a similar arm (40 bucks from ebay - no I don´t have the link anymore) and a similar monitor - I really love that combo.
So versatile and rock solid. Even got me a second one for the on camera light.

I actually like the short style. On a HPX170, I use the flipout for WFM and place the DP6 directly above. Makes a nice compact setup.
