Anyone here tried Sorenson Squeeze 5?

I'm asking because I'm considering buying it.
ProCoder 3 won't do H264 (not for web Streaming at least), and so Squeeze is my other logical choice.
ProCoder 3 had H264 listed in the conversion options, but the output files are either too large, have unusable sound, or have other problems like that. (visuals are excellent though)
Is Squeeze 5 the answer?
 
don't have it but all i hear it is great. if you go to digital juice, they specifically utilize sorenson squeeze for their website and recommend it when compression good quality video for web. other use the quicktime pro, since the cost is lower and it can utilize h.264 codec, yet it takes some experimenting with rendering out then utilizing the quicktime pro to render out.
