Anyone having issues with FD8?

Okay,

So today I installed the FD8 demo, to see if it is worth upgrading. For some reason, I can't access the final draft menu option in the print menu. So I can't print the cover page, sides, specific pages, etc.

As far as I know the only limitation is a 15 page limit. And activating the software only takes away the limit and the watermark.

I don't want to upgrade if I can't print right. And FD support only handles clients who purchased the software (again, this is only the demo).

I'm running OSX 10.4.11

And FD7 has the print option and it works fine. Any ideas? Tried a full reinstall and nada.
 
So I called Final Draft sales, since you can't call tech support without a customer number. And they basically said, sorry, can't help. And that the only way I can get support is if I buy the software package. Which for some reason isn't actually working on my computer.

So I need to buy FD8 to actually see if FD8 works on my computer. Honestly, I'm not very happy.
 
Man, I feel for ya. What a classic catch-22.

I thought I remembered that the demo version doesn't print, but it's been a while and I could be wrong. I've got FD7 and it works fine on my PB on 10.4.11, and G5 and MP on 10.5.6. I'm sure someone else will have an answer for you.
