So, I recently purchased the Canon EoS 7D from Dell.com with their 20% cashback, and along with this, I purchased the a Kingston 32GB 133x Compact Flash for $120. I currently have ~$400 pending for the transaction, but I found the Compact Flash on eBay for $78 with 10% cashback.
So I'm trying to return my Compact Flash to dell, but I'm afraid it will void the cashback, which is quite a bit to be losing over a $42 dollar savings. Anyone know how it will play out if I return it? I paid through the Dell site via Paypal.
As a side note.. Dell says they MAY charge 15% restocking fees on returned items.. anyone know what it's actually for and what the "MAY" means? Is it typically on every order anyway?
