While I haven't been there, I've met Jon and Christina (the couple that organize it), and as Facebook friends, see a lot of what they're involved in. They're excellent people who do amazing work, and everyone who attended MiM last year loved it. You're getting hands on workshops in a small(er) group setting than almost any conference of this type. I'd attend in a heartbeat.
