Not just poker, Texas Hold 'um??

I played the other night...in for 5 bucks...won 80...
this time I lost ten...but was up 20, then up 30...and lost it all...
Just like the time before...
I think I'm done playing... :'(

Anybody play?

i played back in the 60's alot.


i actualy just found out how to play texas holdem from watching a celebrity poker match...looks fun.

Yeah. I played tonight (Tuesday night).... the women had a "Pampered Chef" party, the men played poker. Dealer chooses which one to play. We just play for change nickels, dimes, & quarters. I won $3.00. ;D

I dabble from time to time at party poker (play money) but would like to learn for when I hit vegas.

Hold 'em is one of the greatest games ever created. We play every week at my house.

Me and my friends are also pretty decent players as well. We set up tournaments every month or so and have a home game at least once every two days. It's the best game in the world when you win. But one time my good friend flopped two pair (Q,7, os) against my A,A, so I poisoned him. He's dead now... :-[

I hate poker! the last time I played I ended up running outside naked, and it was in Castro District. Just playing. Not a gambller.

The mention of it currently gives me a headache. A large portion of the website referrer spam I get is for tacksass hawldum pohkah sites. Follows right after phentermine sites. >:(

The year Rounders came out happened to be my freshman ear in college.

(shut up, I know what it says)

When i switched schools, I lost my poker buddies...my new friends thought cards were of the devil *sigh* so that went out the window. They were more important to me than poker, but I sure did miss poker.

When I get to Heaven, I'm going to play poker with Jesus. And they'll have Strongbow cider on tap, and dancing angels. And my holierthanme friends will stand there with Pictionary looking stupid.
