marked es electronic flickerfree ballast 575w on ebay without no coresponding photo on auction. i have issue on ebay that this came with my arri lamp marked as "electronic flickerfree ballast"... seems homemade, in tech.specs & manual from ARRI is highly restricted using anything other than arri original ballast and this seems very homemade. resolution center of ebay closed dispute winning seller, i can "appeal the decision"...
has anybody seen that anywhere? sellers says it is normal frequently appearing model in germany.
