Any way to make Vegas display Cineform correctly w/o CC?

As mentioned here, Vegas is unique in that it doesn't display studio RGB sources in the video preview window correctly. This means that if I just render a sequence of Cineform files (which uses studio RGB) the output file played back in Windows Media will look more contrasty than the preview window. Because of this, I have to compensate for the inaccurate washed out preview by adding the "studio rgb to computer rgb" color correction preset to the track output. When it comes time to render, I have to remember to remove the color correction for the file to be rendered correctly or else the output will have way too much contrast. Has anyone found a better way to do this?

Another problem with having color correcting in video output fx is that I can no longer do a proper A/B comparison using split screen view. One side will show all the effects applied properly while the other side will show everything bypassed including the studio rgb to computer rgb color correction. This makes the bypassed side useless since it is inaccurate in the preview.

Is it just me or is this a huge oversight by Sony? Couldn't they just add something like "switch preview window to display in studio rgb" in the options? I'd be happy if they just added a reminder to turn off the track fx before rendering a video.

Trucci,It is better to apply the control monitor to correct display of the image and its colour correction or it is good to know behaviour and shades of your monitor on which make installation! (If you about it)
