Any way/plug-in to adjust white balance in Kelvin degrees?

Is there any plug-in that allows to adjust the white balance of a clip in Kelvin degrees like some cameras do?

Let's say i shot with 5600K lights and my camera was set for 4300K for some reason.
Is there any plug-in or effect that simply lets me enter 5600 in the temperature value to fix it?

Plugins have no way of knowing what the colorimetry of the frame that is going into it is. It
wouldn't know that you put in 4300K data, for instance. It also doesn't know how the camera
interprets color either and I imagine someone would need to do a bunch of math if they did.

It's much more practical to use the color correction tool and make it look as right as the eye says it is
or pay someone to do it. Color correction is a bit subjective anyway and the best math in the
world can't compete with an eyeball and a color wheel.

If you have a raw video file, like a REDRAW, then you could do this color temperature adjustment
because all of the magic data about how the camera interprets color has to be embedded in the
RAW to regular conversion step.

oh i see, thanks for the input, I was wondering why there weren't any plugins that worked like that.

It's not by kelvin, but there's a free plugin called AAV Color Lab that has a white balance correction option. You just use a color picker on something in the frame that's supposed to be white and it will shift the white balance based on your selection. It's not perfect, but it gets you towards a more than decent start, and IMO it's much better than Vegas' built in white balance tool.

In this grab I just used the white pants of one of the bike riders:
