Any Thoughts on Panasonic / Thermodyne Case?

I was curious if anyone has had some experience (ie. actually seen / used one) with the Panasonic AG-YUC100 / Thermodyne Case?

I am wanting to fit the camera with a lightweight support attached to the bottom. The LWS adds approx. 2.5" to the height of the camera. Does anyone know if there is "extra" room for that added height of the LWS. There seems to be room for the matte box / batteries / charger(s) / tapes / etc. There might even be room to fit the follow focus as well... The height of the camera is what I am worried about.

Any and all input would be appreciated.

Thanks,

If I was you i'd get a pelican 1550 case instead. Its water proof, air proof, and dust proof. Its got a foam insert just like that one(you have to customize it). Its also cheaper than that one. If you break it pelican will replace it.

Yes the 1600 would suit you better intro since you have a matte box batteryS and follow focus and all that.
