any thoughts on Kinoflo Kamio 6 for milming?

I am considering the purchase of a Kamio 6 kit. When I have little or no time to set up lights but need good footage of people from a short distance. I think it could be useful in interviews and similar situations. Not as a main source of illumination but complementing daylight.

Well, you could read their fotometrics info. I think a nice way of converting fc to F-stop is:

FC = [6*(F-stop)^2]/ISO*Time

I have never had any experience with them, but I really want to try them too.

It will work well in dark places from a short distance (could work nice in a nightclub). In brighter less controlled spaces, such as in events, it will probably be too weak.

The nice thing I like about it, is not it's softness, per se, but the rapid falloff. That means it theoretically would not blow a dark place up, or burn a dark background and conserve some depth that is very hard to get with an on camera light.

But I'm just as curious as you about how it actually works.
