any recommendations?? splitter/inverter

Im looking to get a mic splitter and also an inverter, any recommendations??

I also was wondering if I would be able to run phantom power through this splitter, should I only turn on phantom power at one of the inputs on the mixer??

also I also have a t powered mic, would the same apply here, or am i headed toward danger??
