I have footage shot in full hd 29.97 and need to export it for a digi beta transfer, which setting would work best? I guess h264 is better for web exports, so should I go quicktime or avi?
Any recommendations for an export setting for Broadcast HD Video?

Depends a little on your workflow and the facilties hardware that is transferring the file to the DigiBeta.
But...avi or qt are fine. I use both ( I am a Windows User) but because my facilty most often has FCP in the pipeline for this process, I give them a qt (.mov)
Digibeta is not HD so that is something else you have to deal with BTW.

right, shot in hd but i'll export as 16:9 avi. Thanks for the info mon.
