Any reason to use VBR?

Hi!

Is there any reason to use VBR if I use CBR settings 7 Mb/s? I just read the manual and it said somewhere that "because the rate is above 6 Mb/s, there's no reason to use VBR." Is this correct? This is intresting to know also, because it takes half the time to render the final project.

I think you use VBR when you're looking to keep the size of the final project down. The result would be a non-uniformed in term of quality (some part will be better rendered than the other) to save space. If size isn't an issue then you should just use CBR.
