I just got a Canopus 100 and have a hard time getting my computer to fine the device. Rebooted, turn the 100 on and off and sometimes it will start working. Auy suggestions?

Good luck[/quote]
What have you had? I've always had good luck with Canopus until Adobe changed Premiere so much that pretty much everybody is having problems with drivers for their cards.

You know, you're right. Premiere pretty much sucks these days, what with conforming audio etc. Guess I need to dig deeper into my Edius.
I've got the ADVC-50 -- which is essentially the same product minus analog output -- and Windows recognizes it as an ordinary AVC-compliant FireWire deck. Unless it's a problem related to Premiere, I'd make sure it shows up in all the usual places first (device manager, scanners & cameras, etc.). Hope that helps.
