Any possible way?

Hey guys I have a quick question. Is it possible to take a clip of a movie, and superimpose lets say, a picture of a chair into the movie clip in vegas? If it is, how would I even begin to go about it? I've been asked to create a gag video and was wondering if such a thing is possible. Thanks in advance for any help.

Use the Chromakey filter on the chair footage/pic and put it on a track above the "real" footage.

That assumes the chair was filmed on a solid-color background (green or blue are traditional, but any color will work as long as that color doesn't appear in the chair itself).
