Just thought I'd throw this out there to see if any of you skilled folk might be willing to whip something up for the site.

see the header background image at the top of the page? (behind the dvxuser logo and sponsor banners)

working on skinning up the new software for the upcoming upgrade, and was wanting to get a new one of those made. one that is just like the above one, but instead of images of a dvx, images that are filmmaking related as opposed to camera specific...

if anyone is willing to take a shot, you would be my best friend :) no copyrighted images, of course... maybe some stuff that users have posted here and that they'd be willing to have immortalized in our header background...

I have a closet full of reduser t-shirts still.. can send a few out to whoever is willing to take a crack at it.

probably 100 pixies high, and would need to be able to repeat sideways fluidly

color and general look should be pretty much like the current header (but with different images, of course :) )

gif, jpg, png... whatever.
 
My first bet would be Rodney but can we play with the dvxuser logo too?

you can play with the dvxuser logo, but no promises it'll change to a new one :)

time limit... well, since I'm asking a favor I can't really be too demanding... but, I'm pretty heavy into it right now... maybe few days max would be cool... hard for me to say when I don't know how long it's going to take me to get enough done to make the switch over here...
 
Monday would be good. Give it the weekend anyways.

I don't have anything outstanding in mind but I might try something over the weekend just to see how it turns out.
