My friend wants to start editing and she has a pretty low budget of $700.00. I know nothing about PC's so looking for some help and suggestions. Can anyone recommend any laptops capable of editing for under $700?
She will be using a DSLR for the footage. The laptop can be new or refurbished, most likely refurbished to get something a little nicer for the same price as new.
