Any P90, P90x or Insanity users here?
Just wanna get your experience, results, advice, anything you can share.
Right now I'm going to the gym 3 times a week, 35min cardio (HR 140s) and about 40-45min weights. And then walking at least a couple miles every day. It's gone pretty good so far, lost almost 60 pounds since Jan. But now I wanna step up my overall fitness level and not just loose weight. I want a good balance between adding muscle and building endurance but honestly given my condition, cardio is probably most important. I would like to jump straight into Insanity but don't think my fitness level is there to keep up, but MORE importantly I'm worried about my joints (knees and feet especially) till I lose more weight and get stronger. So I'm thinking P90 first then Insanity. What do you think?
Thnx for anything you can share
