Yeah I know it says that but thats just the production time. They don't keep a stock of them. If you want one you should order it because that number won't go down much from there. That being said I do love my camera and would recommend it for most productions. Definitely not a low light beast though and it has some serious RS.
Any news of 6K camera announcements?

That's what a backorder is, haha...a product that is not in stock and the retailer either has to order more or the manufacturer has to build it.
All of their cameras are half-built (low-quantity) from what I was told and they finish building a unit once an order is placed.
I bought a KineMini 3 years ago...I used to e-mail them all of the time. I was very interested in a Terra 6K earlier this year and the times varied depending on when I reached out.

Yeah I understand where your coming from. The point that makes it different to me is since Terra's are made to order I don't consider it a backorder because theres never any intention to have a full stock whereas the 4 months I waited for an epic dragon I would consider a backorder haha. Either way its splitting hairs, technically your right
Its a solid camera though, you should check it out.

You've had your Terra for a year now, can you show me some of your examples. I am thinking of getting this camera or might just get a BM Mini Ursa Pro 4.6.
