Any new or experienced filmmakers in the New Jersey area

I am fairy new to filmmaking and was wondering if there was anyone out there that would like to share their knowledge and experiences with filmming (camera use, lighting, audio, etc.). Even maybe starting a group that could meet once a month for discussions. There is currently a screenwriters group that meets at a Barnes and Noble here in Hamilton Square, N.J. on the first tuesday of each month (it is headed by someone that has written and sold several screenplays). I have learned much from the forums here and through reading and practicing with the camera but would like to broaden my knowledge through others that may be new or have had years of practice. All would be welcome. If there is interest, let me know. Thanks. JDB.
