Any low cost solutions for Producers to Communicate with Interviewers?

I produce Man on the Street Segments and need to be able to feed lines to my interviewers in real time via an earpiece. A wireless headset for myself and a somewhat discrete earpiece for the interviewer would be ideal. I've seen these before, but am not sure what they're refered to as.

Any recommendations?
 
walkie talkies are good, and you can also buy an earpiece and have the interviewer wear it...the only problem is you have to be far away from the mic or you will end up hearing yourself on tape...
 
They have this new invention called cell phones.

They even sell little headsets to use with them!

What a concept!
 
I did one this way a couple months back. Actually placed the cell phone on a table on speaker and instructed the subject to delay for a moment before answering. The walkie-talkie method is great if your operator / field producer is wearing a 3-piece surveillance headset.

What you're looking for is called an IFB (Interruptable FoldBack) System . The wireless version often uses transmitters and receivers made by Comtek.

Thanks, IFB is exactly what I was originally looking for but couldn't think of the name for the life of me.
