Got a question (not soliciting advice)

A friend is in the process of getting divorced. Her lawyer has twice now talked to her soon-to-be Ex without permission or even informing her...except for sending her a bill for the hours.

That sound right to you? Or should she contact the bar with a grievance?

Dvx user that goes by the name" Duke" is an attorney, he's also a great guy. I would ask him, if you see him logged in.
