Any idea how they did this shot?

Damn - Id love to see this but cant due to my location .. UK

Are there any other links to the shot

The backstory: I built a body mount which ended up first on UK pop vid and then went on hire to the USofA

The ProdCo in the US was enquiring if it could be used for a pool jump.. maybe this is the shot

I bloggged it here..

Edit: I found the shot here viewable in the UK http://www.myspace.com/video/two-do...cinema-club-something-good-can-work/104686878

If it is my rig they keyed out the vest but it seems to be 2010 so before I built my rig

Best

Wow that looks really cool, I might try and build one like that since I still want to make a steady cam but that one is by far the best looking one I have seen.

Id start off with a GoPro maybe

There are a lot of forces involved as the camera get heavier - it gets tricky fast

+1 on gopro attached to talent with rig removal in post.

Take another look at the hat; it looks to me like it was composited into the shot.

+1 on Luis's guess.
I can't think of any reason to composite the hat it. And they did a damn good job on the shadowplay if they did.
