I'd work for Hollywood, oh wait, they want you to "work" for six months as an "intern" before they'll actually pay you anything. I guess I don't like that mentality.
I would love to work in Hollywood....but too bad I get treated with no respect! I'm a hard worker, generous person, always on time, honest, and wants to make a difference in people lives. Still no love, no help, and no respect. To them, its all about money. It's sad.

You'll never make it in Hollywood.
Does North Hollywood count? ( :I keed I keed)
How about a guy who was an extra in countless Hollywood Projects, (nudge, nudge) impressive ...yes? ;D Boy do you learn quickly what the bottom of a barrel actually feels like ...with your FACE!!
Though I have learned ALOT, and would love to be there someday I found I would rather make my own projects, and if you keep doing good work, someone will notice. Patience and persistence is what I've learned most. (cue crescendo on sappy, yet hopeful theme and fade in slightly patriotic undertone, peak after dialogue then Cuuuuuuut! print. that's a wrap! )

Said the dude that knows how to fix "the red problem" in post using Vegas!
I've only heard of this great place that you speak of Hollywood. I heard that actors and actresses are hanging out on the streets and on the intersections of Wilcox and Hollywood Blvd.

Said the author of the 'paradigm' thread...
Well, sure...but his contribution (a way to fix "the red problem") means so much to all of us here! Who has not sat down to view their footage and for the first time seen....The Red Problem. Man oh man, I recal mine well. I was out in the backyard just shootin everything and playin with settings and making adjustments and then coming in to watch it, and then I saw a pan with my sons Little Tykes roofed slide. Ohhhhhh maaaaaaaaan, what do we do! So this dude, Scharky comes up with a way to deal with it a few months back and as a user, solves a common issue and posts it. To me, thats better than just having "in Hollywood" or "in the industry" as part of his background! That red thing just sucks!

Coolness! Hopefully you interpreted my silly playfulness as being nothing more than just that.
Could you point me in the direction of Mr. Scharky's solution?
