Any dollys that run on PVC pipe?

Let us know how smooth they run. Definitely a great price within the OP's budget. You could get two sets and make a full size tripod board and a high-hat trolly for well under $400. The same seller has a smaller one with only 2 wheels per truck for $70. This would be more than adequate for the trolly rig, that's all I have in the cinekinetic pocket dolly trucks, which they still sell for $475. A bit much now, but was the only option other than DIY back when I got mine.

If these work well, it would not be worth the hassle of messing around with angle iron trying to get things right. may find yourself swapping out better wheels though, who knows.

I have been building these from Willy's Widgets trucks and wheels. They are great but I have been looking for a cheaper alternative. At first glance these seem pretty good. Not as silky as Willy's but I think they will be fine. I will keep you posted.
 
DSC01499.jpgi put this together a couple of years ago for about a hundred dollars
the dearest part of it were the high quality bearings for the wheels.
