Any comment on this Ois-Anamorphic adapter problem?

Hallo guys.
I'm looking for buy the anamorphic attachment and I was really concerning about what I read on the user's Manual. They say that's better to not leave the Ois on when the lens in on-board.

Any comment is really appreciate.
