Any 1 seen the Nebtek solution for the Marshall HD

Hi Cinebuddy, I Ordered the Nebtek Marshall with the Panasonic plate last week. It was a bit more expensive than the regular v mount option but I like the fact that I dont have to carry different types of batterys around with me. That being said however it looks like the Cineporter will takes the same type batterys and I feel I will probably have to invest in the Dolgin 4 way rapid charger and some more batterys. I have two panasonic chargers already and they are just not fast enough. Another good point about the Nebtek option is that it comes supplied with the original mount so you have that option too.

I got the Nebtek/Marshall solution with the Panny battery plate a few weeks ago. I love this display every time I use it. Nebtek was very thorough in their customer service, and the thing is built like a brick. Great color, a tad heavy, but again built solid.

The only drawback is the lack of 'electrnic flip', as I use an M2 with it. However, the easiest thing is to re-attach the mounting plate to the top (holes are already there or this) and use a french arm or other connector to flip the monitor physically. Works like a charm.

Good luck,

Hi Guys ! Just received my Marshall Monitor, unfortunately it has a white line running along the left hand edge of the display in both 16:9 and 4:3. Have contacted Nebtek about this and will probably return the unit. According to Stevet on the technical board this is something he has seen with a few of the monitors. It might be worth your while when ordering to ask them to check for this, as I have a costly return and import fee facing me as I live in Ireland.
