Another Tripod question

I have searched the forums but didnt find any info on this. i know its probably to good to be true, but im trying to get off cheap. Has anyone heard anything about this or used this. It does say "TRUE FLUID HEAD" lol.

Its not going to yeild very good results.

Don't even bother unless you're not at all serious about smooth pans. If you do buy it, and are serious, you'll be buying another in 6 months or less when you're fed up with jerkiness. This is said a lot to the point of being cleche that if you buy crap you'll buy twice, but I can tell you from personal experience it's true. I just got this
which is still prettly low end, but it's so much better than the FM18/Pro vista combo I bought last year.
