I've seen the Panasonic AY-DVM63PQ tapes recommended here. Are these different from the Panasonic DV tapes that retailers like walmart.com or circuit city sell (AY-DVM60EJ2V, AY-DVM60EJ5P, etc.)? If so, what IS the difference, and is it significant?
From what I have read it seems as if sony uses a wet lube in it's tapes and all other brands are dry. Is the "store brand" of panasonic tape dvm60ej wet or dry? Should I use this in the dvx?
