Greetings,
Resurrected from the past, (10+Yrs.) with apologies to those I failed for not having produced.!!!!
I am now asking, is there a interest in lens adapter with no GG or other elements in the viewing path.
I now experimenting with relay and achromatic lens systems with no other elements to project images.
Maybe this may be more interesting if I stated lens usage facts:
I designed these lenses for long range video imagery (telephoto) for consumer style camcorders without removable lenses.
Further usage indicates close up and 35mm lenses with the following designs will give complete DOF control.
1: You can use a 1/2 binocular unit with the eye piece removed and positioned with the achromatic lens and prism assembly reversed between your camera and 35mm type lens and use with full functionality (Manual). I'm using a 28-200mm zoom, 400mm standard Etc. in this designed usage. The achromatic lens and prism assembly keeps your image proportional with out undue magnification.
2: Another adapter design will connect a lens directly in front your video camera without a achromatic lens or prism, this design will have some magnification but can be adjusted for. This lens configuration will be discussed if there's an interest.
If interested please contact me via email as well this site.
