Another e-bay crane -- anyone buy? use?

[gritsngumbo]

Has anyone bought or used this crane? Seems like a good deal, but would like some feedback before I purchase if anyone is knowledgeable. He appears to know what he's talking about, but the product could still be lacking. Thanks in advance.
