It seems (at the end of this month), they will provide some videos tutorials to build step by step this steadycam.

It's the Steadicam they used in Mad Max!!! No, wait, it's a prop from Mad Max! :D

Wow, I would have to say that is one massive confusing collection of parts.

Passionate Cameramen/Inventor - Business Sense + only $150 in parts + LOTS of your time = VERY "expensive" steadicam

Only build gear that you need but does not exist and buy, barrow, get a loan, whatever, to get the rest thats commercially already available. If you do it that way you will have more time, much more likely to have better equipment and soon enough - money.
