Another 24p Problem

Sorry I know this question gets asked alot but I couldnt' find the specific answer.

I shot most of my music video @ f6 24pA. And I captured using FCP and removed the pull down.

Some how the part of it got shot @ f5 24p. I capture this footage with the remove pulldown option but it still shows up as 29.97. I tried selecting the clips and using tools->remove advanced pulldown but now I just get jumpy frames.

How do you capture f5 24p footage so it comes out 24pA like f6?

Re capture those clips as regular 29.97.

Take those clips and do a reverse telecine in Cinema tools to make them 23.98. Then import these new clips into final cut.
