Animation Compression into FCP Help?

So I export my full res animation out of AE and import it into an HD FCP project and it looks fine both in quicktime and in my canvas in FCP . As soon as I export my full edited movie out, my animation looks like garbage. A lot of artifacting around the edges. Any Help would be appreciated.

Export out of AE as whatever your FCP timeline preset is?
