hey i was wondering if someone could help make an animated logo for my production company. the name is ZFarms Productions. I'd like something that really catches people's eyes. Something that looks cinematic, and I could incorporate into my website. I have no clue how to make an animated logo, so I thought I'd come to yous guys. :dankk2:
 
I do have a small logo made... nothing fancy... just a photoshopped pic... let me get it up for ya.

what kinds of productions do you do, or are planning to do? I'll design you a logo, and give you 3D animations of it for 50 bucks...

...if you wanna look at my work, most everything on this site, I designed, including the 3D animations....some I didn't do, and looks horrible becasue there is a hack at my work that is not too good. haha.

Well I do a lot of different things, comedy, drama, action, mystery. I don't like sticking with one genre.

I really wish I had 50 bucks to give ya, but I'm a poor college student... anybody able to teach me how to make my own?

I might be willing to cough 50 bucks up but not sure if you could make something of my taste. Most of what I see on that site is commercial type of material. Can you do something dark/creepy/artsy?

EDIT: I'm thinking images along the line of Tim Burton's "The night before christmas"
 
yeah, I can for sure make something more artistic/creepy stuff. I'm acutally working on a website for a crazy creepy metal band. So it sounds right about up my alley. I know alot of that stuff is commerical, but hey, it pays the bills. haha. PM me with your ideas and detail.

I guess this is an open invitation to other people that need graphics/3d work needed too...

its sad i know.... i just quit my job a month back, if i had the job still i'd be able to pay it, but since no job, all the money that i had saved is going for school, bills, and some of it is going to help pay my way to Full Sail...
 
hah!

pretty cool, i was hoping for a new Logo though rather than the same screen shot and some font, but that was still nice. maybe ill PS something when i get done with dinner.
 
I remember ravine saying that he wanted a tagline to effect of "harvesting new classics". Based on that theme (which I dig), I would go with rows of corn-like stalks with "film reels" sprouting on them...maybe a panning shot, or a tracking shot of a tractor/combine harvesting them with a "director" (ie) maybe driving. Freeze frame as combine comes into frame. Done. 3, 4 seconds tops...all animated, and done in vibrant "pop art" colors.

That's my vision anyway...but I'm the idea guy, not the techie.


Speaking of animated logos...
