I have a DVD on Vegas with Douglas Spotted Eagle talking about these animated gif files or "bugs" that are usually used for company logos. I think I want to use something like this for an educational video, but I'm curious what program you use to create them, or if it is done in coordination with Vegas. Rather than a logo, I'd like to keep the kids' attention by having some animated text that notes certain lessons in the footage. Are there sites where they can be purchased or designed or given out free? I grasp how they're used, just not sure where they are attained or how they are created?
