I'm traveling and looking to travel very light. I want a photographic ballhead that can also double as a light duty panning head for a small GH3. Is there such a thing?

Really Right Stuff makes a quick release clamp that also has a panning handle.

You could mount this on one of their ball heads like the BH-55 or BH-40.
