Looking for a breakdown of what the normal time frames are for On-Demand, Blu-Ray/DVD, Pay TV, and Free TV releases after a theatrical release.

I'm pretty sure Blu-Ray/DVD is abour 2-5 months after theatrical release. Can anybody confirm that, and give any ideas on the others?
 
Theatrical windows, for the moment, run between 80 - 120 days. Studios and NATO are in a constant state of negotiations - as studios push for quicker VOD / home video releases. Don't know if that's what you wanted, but the window between VOD and home video is currently ~30 days. Studios have let exhibitors know that they'll be working "case-by-case" moving forward and that some shows will break classic formulas.
