Anamorphic lens with M2 adapter, NEED HELP!

[ifownlee41nite@mac.com]

I have the DVX100B and the M2 adapter. Is it possible. Can you use the anamorphic lens with an m2 adapter.

I have never owned an anamorphic lens, but I have worked with one on a stand alone dvx100a.

I was looking to purchase an anamorphic lens but need this question answered first.

I can't imagine how that could work. Unless someone says something very surprising just assume a solid no.

I figured as much.
