ok big question i just need straight answers

if i put camera in squeeze mode is that 16:9?
If I get anamorphic adaptor is that the same 16:9?
If i put camera in squeeze mode then adaptor on that does that give me close to cinemscope(2.35.1 or 2.37.1) ? if so would you recommend it?

need to know asap.
 
Yes, you will get an even wider aspect ratio using both at the same time.
As far as recommending it.... think and decide for yourself. The no of pixels on the CCD is the same but the frame will spread twice (or more) to cover the new area and restore the original image. If that's suitable for the purpose, go for it but best of all, do a test!!! You will not only see the image but also each pixel twice as wide.
 
Try it! What is cool to me, may not be to you and the other way around. If it makes you happy, is cool.
